Old Bore's Cold Irish Coffee

• 1 glass cold brew coffee

• generous measure Irish whiskey

• dollop of simple syrup

• whipped cream

Mix the coffee, syrup, and whiskey, and pour over ice. Top with whipped cream.

YorCyberSec's Coffee and Rum Ice Cream

• 2 tablespoons instant coffee

• 2 tablespoons sugar, caster, granulated or light brown work well

• 2 tablespoons water

• Cornish soft scoop ice cream

• Rum of choice

1. Whisk that bad boy up to soft peaks

2. Once whisked mix in Vanilla ice cream - cornish soft scoop works best find the flavour balance you want

3. The best bit add in some rum - I use Mount Gay Black Barrel about 2 shots (5-6 scoops of ice cream used for this)

Back in the freezer for a couple of hours and bosh best ice cream going!

Coffeefueled's Mexican Coffee

• 2 shots espresso

• 1 shot single cream

• 1 shot tequila

• 1 tsp unrefined sugar

• whipped cream

Add the espresso, sugar, and tequila to a glass and stir well before stirring in the single cream. Topped with whipped cream (chocolate is optional).
